Two rooms with 2 single or double beds, bathroom with shower, large living room with double sofa bed and 2 balconies sunny all day, kitchenette complete with all crockery and normal furnishings and appliances.

The apartments have independent heating and underfloor heating: going around the house barefoot will be so pleasant! Furthermore, they are completely soundproofed and equipped with a ventilation system for continuous air recycling. The vacuum cleaner is centralized.
