Casa LAPIS

Be blown away by the atmosphere created by the warmth of wood and art.

Its historic name was La camba, given by Rocco&Margherita in 1999 and we carried it on until winter 2022. Now it has been changed to Lapis to meet our philosophy of art.

From the window you can see the wonderful landscape that invites both young and old to leave the house to enjoy our large and well-equipped garden (over 1200 sqm).

Casa Lapis is an inviting and friendly space, a place to let yourself go and simply feel good.

The house consists of three comfortable apartments, furnished with the taste and simplicity of local mountain style by our team of craftsmen, and with the additional touch of an art gallery.

Services of the house: free Wi-Fi, coin-operated washing machine in a common laundry room, recreational area with soccer table and sofa, info corner, free garage, private parking, heated ski room, bike storage room, bicycles for hire, large garden with barbecue and games.

FOR EVERYONE

In summer Casa Lapis turns green, with its extensive garden with solarium, and tables and chairs for outdoor eating.
To satisfy the tastebuds too, guests can use the Barbecue, a traditional wooden hut fully equipped for preparing polenta or excellent grilled meats for meals in good company.

In winter the garden is covered in snow: it holds the cross-country ski track, the footpath and, next to the house, guests can relax in the solarium.

FOR children

Casa Lapis offer a large garden (1200 sqm) for children so that they can run and play free, breathing in the fresh mountain air, with table tennis, football goal, trampoline, sandbox, swings, slide, Chicco little house, rocking chairs etc.
During winter a pedestrian snow-covered path next to the house is traced , where you can pull children on sledges.
For our little guests we offer on request, free of charge: backpack for children, strollers, highchair, bed safety bars, camping cot, bobsleigh, sled, helmets.

FOR the sporty

Casa Lapis is an ideal place for sports lovers, and even for teams, both in summer and winter, thanks to its strategic location.

For cross-country skiers: the piste goes directly past our garden. Nordic skiing enthusiasts can wax and laminate their skis on the special workbench next to the ski storage deposit.

For cyclists and runners: the cycle track and footpaths are just 20 metres from the house. Cyclists can clean and repair their bikes using the special bracket and the tools provided on the workbench.

Downhill skiers can reach the ski-lifts easily with the free ski bus every 15 minutes. The bus stop is just 20 metres from Casa Lapis and the first lift is 2 km away.
